Resolution Issue & Image Load Errors When Adding Product Tags to Pinterest Pins

Hi Tech Team,

I am encountering two issues when attempting to add product tags to Pinterest pins via Zazzle:

  1. Low-Resolution Product Previews:

    • When selecting products to tag, the thumbnail images appear extremely low-resolution, blurred.

    • This is happening across multiple product types (e.g., invitations, throw pillows, and posters).

    • For the “Set of 3 Wall Art” product, the image appears heavily cropped, displaying only about 50% of the item.

  2. Error Loading Pins via Collection Links:

    • When attempting to load pins using a collection link (a feature that previously worked), I receive the following error:

    “No suitable images found. Make sure your images are at least 200 x 300 pixels and in portrait or square format (between 2:3 and 1:1).”

Resolving these issues would greatly improve our ability to market products effectively on Pinterest. Thank you for your help!
