Royalty history is not matching earnings history. So far two sales and one cancelation have not updated. They show up in Royalty history but not earnings history

Same here. In my notifications I have sold about twenty things since yesterday but none of it is showing on my earnings report.

I’m seeing this too. I swear Zazzle is like home ownership - one thing gets fixed and 3 more things break 😩

Have the same, I wanted to download Royalty CSV because I see there much more positions than in Earnings summery, but the last positions which are seen are from January 2025 !Earnings Royalty not updated, in Earnings Royalty should be more sells positions because it include also Referral History, but in the amount of sells in earning report is much less it should be, and in earnings summary I don’t see the amount of sells just “credits” and “debits” and i ask myself what are debits because it shows 8 in total . And Credits are to pay for shopping, guess debit are used credits for shopping, but I did not shop on Zazzle and I did not pay with credits. So if anyone could tell me what debits are, will be greatefull. Sometimes in store management checking ‘last sold’ i see products i don’t have in any report and no notification about the sell. Notifications come late. One order and notification about one product is in 1h and notification for the second sold product shows up in 2 or 3 h, what is confusing. Notifications in e-mail are coming usually week after sell and one mail for one product, its also strange, one sell, one order, information should be in one mail, in one time! So many things does confuse me recently on Zazzle.

The earnings report caught up and seemed like it was fixed earlier today. However it seems stalled again not updating since 9 hours ago.

I spoke to soon. A bunch updated and then it stopped again.
Still not accurate this morning.
New sell and Earnings summary updated, but earnings & Transactions History not updated again. And when upload royalty history and earnings & transactions history CSV report shows up sells only sales from January 2025 and older, which is very strange because just last week, when I downloaded the summary, all the data was there, including the latest sales!
