I’m trying to set my site wide royalty per page using select all non discontinued products , the edit details and set new royalty (before the freeze) it is reverting to a 5% royalty which BTW I never use I can not get it to change- there is some sort of error happening - I don’t want to end up with a 5% royalty through the holidays but it will not allow me to change it
5% is the default (lowest) amount allowed. You type over the 5% to enter the new rate.
I JUST now noticed.. NO greater than 10% since when are we not allowed to go more than 10% ? I have used 14.9 % for years .. I don’t remember getting any notice on this - what did I miss? (Yes I know you type over it..) but as I said.. it will accept the 10%, but I was trying to make sure I had everything set to 14.9.. when I go through product by product, I see most of them are set to 14.9 .. some not, so I was selecting all on a page and setting it that way.. I completely missed where the popup said NO greater than 10.. this is new to me..
Is it possible that some of the items actually must be no greater than 5% of 10%, such as face masks and hand sanitizers? If so, select all as you have been doing then deselect those that are restricted by maximum allowed rates. Hope this helps.

Yes it is indeed a headache! Changing royalites today has resulted in card products having different royalty applied With some products the difference is huge! Taking into account the downloaded cards !
