Two products sold for 32,00 each and zazzle recorded the sales as 1.90 each net. Big error! Zazzle listed my earnings as 10 cents each. Big error! I waited for a chat rep for 45 mins. No luck. Very frustrating. Please adjust my earnings ASAP on the two 32.00 sale items today! Thank you.
Can you post a screenshot of the sales data?
Was the original product transferred to another lesser valued product?

i need a tech person with zazzle to just look and see the two 32.00 products i recently sold, and correct the sale price (net) 32.00 each. Not 1.90. My commission will be 5-6.00, not 10 cents. What would cause an error like this? Been on zazzle for years and have never experienced this before. Hope i never do again. Please correct. Thank you.
I’m not with Zazzle, I’m just trying to help. If you would provide a screenshot maybe someone in the forum can help.

If you would open to MasterpieceCafe’s suggestion, you might get a quicker answer. The mods are only available on weekdays, and there are plenty of forum members who can help resolve this question for you. ColsCreations comes immediately to mind.

I already know that this is a major error on zazzles end and i just need a tech person to fix the error. i can wait until Monday if no tech people check in here on the weekend. i will go to Zazzle chat on monday morning first thing.

I’ve never known Zazzle to make such a huge mistake before. This is very concerning.

Zazzle didn’t make a mistake. The design was transferred to a lower priced item.
