Royalty Percentage

Its the 20th and my Royalty Percentages have not changed like they were supposed to.

What do I do to get them to change?

Be patient.  Sometimes it takes a day or two for them to change depending on how many updates need to be made site wide.  It’s an indexing process and it takes a bit of time…

Unless there is an actual issue… but most likely you just need to wait a bit…

Even if I just posted something and changed the percentage, it doesn’t change.

Ill wait and see.

Same for me. We are the 23th of August and Royalties pourcentage have not been updated.

Could the Zazzle team have a look at this issue ?

Same for me, been waiting 2+ days for these royalty changes that I made.

Going on 3+ days now, I’m losing money on my sales I’m getting. Kind of frustrating not to hear back from a mod and this is the tech forum.

We are the 23th of August and Royaties have not been updated. And there is no reponse from Zazzle here.

Can I find help here or do I need to send a request to the Zazzle support ?

Please  @Scott   could you look at this issue and give us some infos ?
