I have two customers buy the same digital product two days apart and I am getting different royalty payout for each.
Can someone explain why?
@erinrwolf one has a 3rd party referral carve out fee which gets paid either to zazzle for referring or another promoter.
the ‘none’ means that no referral fee was paid to anyone (possibly customer had blocked any referral cookies)
