It’s still working for me, but it’s concerning that y’all are having trouble. I consider that to be an ESSENTIAL function because resizing using the handles often leads to unintended results, like accidentally cutting off part of the image.
I just tried Ctrl+Alt + the plus or minus and it seems to work for small scale increases. I’m also using Windows 11 and Edge, so I wonder if this is the start of a new test phase for some designers!
Interesting, that works for me too (right now using Google Chrome on a Chromebook, yet to try on my PC); but for movement, CTRL alone is enough, which makes me think this might be a bug. Good to know we have an alternative though, thanks
All of the keyboard shortcuts listed Under Help - Shortcuts work for me EXCEPT
Scale Smaller ( - ) and Scale a bit Smaller ( Ctrl Alt - )
Absolutely nothing happens with the - option.
Also, ( Ctrl - ) to zoom out is bonkers. Instead of scaling the design area view down, it leaves that the same and instead scales down the entire page around it so both left and right menu areas become tiny. Trying to get it back to a normal view froze up my browser.
So for me, something goes wrong when the minus - option is used.
OK wait. Have these shortcuts changed or am I just losing my mind? I _ thought _ the shortcuts were:
or - was scale bigger or smaller
ctl + or - was scale a little bigger or smaller
shift + or - was scale a lot bigger or smaller
Those all still work, except that with or without the control key does the same thing. But I now see that the real shortcut for a little bigger & smaller is ctl alt and + or - and that does indeed give me a smaller step than plain control (or no control - which is appropriate since I seem to have lost ALL control! )
Anyhow, it’s all still working for me even though I clearly don’t have any idea what I’m doing!
