I’m not sure if this is related to the problem reported here or not, but I can’t get the search function to work inside the image browser. It seems to either do nothing or return random results.
unfortunately, it’s been that way for several days for me, too. ![]()
the image I want is usually (much) further down the list of results (as opposed to being at the top).
W.H.
I discovered it this morning trying to find a photo.
Thanks for flagging, @Cat .
I will let the team know about this now.
The last day or two I have been having issues with my backend images. Search isn’t working. I type in a search term and I get zero action from my search.
And when I upload new images, at least briefly I am seeing each image I uploaded and a blank image placeholder for each image uploaded.
My images have been wonky for a couple of weeks now. As far as I can tell, the search seems to be working fine. But the images are no longer in date order. Going from one page to the next gives me a repeat of images from the pages I have already viewed. It is really hard to find what I want when there are so many repeats of images I am just spinning my wheels.
Just uploaded to latest ver of Chrome and image search still not working. Just for everyone’s information a I’ve also seen the repeat image thing going on.
The image browser has been totally wonky for weeks now. I reported problems with search last week, and others have also been reporting problems for a while. Search only works occasionally, but mostly it yields random results. Albums and recent images seem to work OK. Honestly, it’s making it difficult to get meaningful work done.
I use Windows 10 and Edge.
Same issue for me : search engine on images on the backend give random result.
Could we get some news from Zazzle about the processing of this issue ?
Hi all,
We do not have an update on this issue just yet. Thank you for your patience.
