Tis’ Normal that our products do not land immediately in our stores ! Hold your breath a minute, and Woophee they are there before your very eyes
Please please please prioritize this issue. It’s impossible to work like this
Agree, this is incredibly frustrating for editing descriptions, working on cover photos or organizing collections. I can’t find anything via backend search that I created in the past couple months. ![]()
This is definitely still happening for me. It started with the February products that got ‘stuck’ for a few weeks. Now it is even new items from these past couple weeks. It just keeps growing. It’s incredibly hard to work like this.
It’s like having a store full of products you can’t see. It’s been a month now, I hope it’s fixed soon because this is not ok anymore, it’s impossible to work like this
I remarked strange behaviors when searching too, some products I saw before don’t appear, in fact each time I search, the results look incomplete, I don’t have the time to investigate more, but I start to be really tired of all this recurring issues on Zazzle…
I don’t know if it’s related but I asked my brother on another computer and place to search products in my store (not zazzle search but going to my store and typing in the store search box) and it was not giving results for anything he put, even just the name type product like “mousepad”. Just as I see in the backend but he was seeing this without even login in on zazzle. It seems like my products can be found on Zazzle (what I tested at least) but it can’t be found within my store.
Hello Zazzle Teams: This morning I have a very precise example of this problem for you. I searched for the term “watch” in my store products, in order to update a pinterest board with my latest creations.
Here are the results classified from newest to oldest:
The most recent item displayed in theses results was created on 28 of November 2024. Its product Id is 256701868217639555
Since then I created all these other watches which don’t appear in the search results:

Could you please have a look and try to find a fix for this problem many other designers highlighted ?
Thank you !
Same here - In fact - For all of my products created/published after 2/12/25 - When I search for a specific product type or a simple keyword.
Eample: my newest Easter products. I can find them in my own store category but not using search - They all have “Easter” in their titles and tags.
Oh top of not being able to search, these items aren’t even showing up in my backend categories either, so I can’t even use that way to find anything. ![]()
Still happening. At this point I’m getting behind. This needs to be addressed please. Every time I search for something it gives me different results, I can not search for anything. I can not work if I can’t find my own products. I have 5000 designs so I can not go page per page. Please prioritize this!
Sorry about this. I’ve asked for another update for you!
Thank you for your patience. 🙏
Engineering said that this issue should be resolved by now.
Please let me know if you have example products that are still not showing?
Still not working in any of my stores. Search is broken for all products published after first week of February as far as I can tell. This applies to both product type/categories and exact title/keyword searches. I will link a few examples, but I have hundreds of products across several stores that I can’t find without scrolling through every page. ![]()

It’s not working.
April 9th, 3:18 PM.
The search still isn’t bringing up any products all the way back to February. Searching hot pink graduation should bring up 30 products in my shop, yet brings up only the 1 from 4 years ago. All others were created on 2/27 and don’t pop up. Examples:

Apologies for the false-positive above. Engineering is still working on a fix for this issue.
Thanks for the update because yes, it’s not solved. The ones I know are not showing are still not showing in the backend. Hopefully this is fixed soon!
Thanks, Fiona! As others mentioned, it’s not solved yet. Hopefully, they will find the problem soon!
I am having the same issue with over 1000 products also listed after 2/12, which seems to be the magic date. I can see the them in my store’s back end in listing order and also as assigned to my own internal categories, but most are not showing up under zazzle’s Department in the back end despite being properly assigned to the proper “Marketplace Department” when submitted. Most do not show up in the public marketplace either looking at most recent listings by category or by search.
i don’t know if this is connected, but over a thousand of the same recently listed items suddenly inexplicably needed optimization and were hidden. This issue was reported. I unhid most of mine which soon became hidden again. I unhid a second time a day later and that stuck. Many of those were already in the public marketplace, but none are back many days later. So confusing.
This is a complete mess. So much work, so little to show for it.
