Hi, is anyone else having trouble searching to create products and having a message that says Your search for “cushions” did not match any products? I’ve tried a number of products and get the same message. Many thanks

No matter what I click, I always get this message: “Your search for “baby clothes” did not match any products”, “Your search for “pillows” did not match any products”, etc.
Help!
Just a quick update for everyone having the same issue. I did get in touch with Maki first and it was passed onto the team. They are looking into it and I’m waiting for an update. I have mentioned that there are a few stores that are having the same issue. Fingers crossed, it will be resolved soon.

Wondering if anyone else is having issues with the “Create New Product” button? No matter what type of product I search for, it says “Your search did not match any products.” Thanks in advance for any help!
I’m having this trouble with trying to transfer a design onto a new product. For example, when it says ‘Choose a Product’ and I pick ‘Napkin’, it only shows foil napkins, I choose ‘Tote’ it says no products were found, and if I’m searching for party favors it shows jelly beans and gumballs instead of things we can design for.
Same here. In the meantime it’s possible to use one of your existing products - click ‘edit’ and clear the design from the design tool, so you have a blank design page to create your new design (and be sure to sell it as a new listing and not replace your previous design!) But I know this doesn’t help if it’s a product type you haven’t designed on before.

You can also go to any published design for the product type you’re looking for and click the “Create your own from scratch” link. It’s next to the Zazzle “About” product information.

When you create from the cyop link at the bottom of any other product page of something you’ve designed, it will work…
Happened to me a few times too.

i’m having the same issue , zazzle’s really glitching today. i’ve had to edit old designs and replace with the new design and then post for sale, that seems to work as a work around for now, it just makes life more difficult. hopefully it will get sorted soon.

The ‘Transfer This Design’ option seems to be missing from some product pages as well. Bookmarks as an example.
