I don’t understand the search functionality for water bottles and several related products.
For instance when I search for “christmas tumbler” these are my options:
Then when I search for “christmas wedding tumbler” the stainless steel option is suddenly not available anymore:
And these two basically have the same functionality, but are in different categories?
Stemless wine tumbler? (nobody should need these in insulated style obviously :-))
It says water bottle in the description:
These things don’t have the shape of a bottle.
Nobody searching for an insulated tumbler for hot coffee or chocolate, will type in the search term “water bottle”.
And what is the difference with a “thermal tumbler”?
When I search for “coffee tumbler” I get this:
The left image is what I understand to be a thermal tumbler but apparently is not located in the section of thermal tumblers.
It is also not clear to me in what category I should post these things when I add a new product, especially for weddings, as there is no option for insulated tumblers in the wedding department. Are newly weds not using these things for their coffee / cold beverages? Or wedding guests?
Maybe I should post this in the suggestions section of the forum? I think there is some opportunity for improvement here. Thanks!
