I don’t receive any email notifications when I have a referral. This applies to both my own products and those of other creators. Furthermore, emails with sales information often arrive a week after the sale, even though I explicitly specified in my settings that I wanted to receive sales notifications immediately (there’s an option for that). Customers often buy invitations + RSVP + other products. This is a single sale, and five emails arrive in May for each purchased product. I don’t know about other people’s experiences, but I often have RSVP sales but no invitation sales, which is strange because the RSVP from my collection doesn’t match the other invitations. I assume customers care about matching. Another issue is the referral link (both the self-promotion link and the cross-selling link). Does this even work? Because I can’t believe that out of 2,000, sometimes 4,000, linkovers, only 2 or 3 sales! Recently, I posted a lot of links for my products on social media, the number of linkovers increased dramatically, and sales increased, but most of them are third-party. So the linkover history doesn’t reflect sales. For me it’s strange. So mamy link over a month and only 2 referral, that’s not normal!
