Hello, is anyone else having an issue with the similar design section of products under one of your products showing up with incorrect designs?? For example I have all bridal shower and or baby shower coming up under some my wedding invitations. They have changed from being other similar wedding invites to bridal shower invites. I have not changed any titles or tags and have them all correct and in the correct wedding Category. This is important because it affects where our products show up in the search feed and if they will be found or not. Anyone else notice this issue with any of their products?

I have a similar issue. Added a cover photo yesterday and there were can coolers and now there are none
There are no similar products showing at all just the collection.
edited - just added another cover photo - and no similar products
Checked other products and all the same - no similar products

Thank you for those examples.
I may be misunderstanding this issue, but from looking at the two products, I can see the similar designs underneath the preview as expected.
Please let me know if I am mistaken.
@Mark windows/Vivaldi (chrome based browser) and no similar products for me but if I log into firefox they appear? Head scratcher

Firefox (while signed-in) and Opera & Edge (not signed-in) all show me the same “other designs you might like” and below that the ‘other products from this collection’.

thanks @ColsCreations I’ve no idea why it’s not showing in my browser (vivaldi - chrome based). I’ve moved over to firefox for the time being so I can at least see them
That is weird. I just tried in Vivaldi and get same as above as I did in the other browsers. Maybe you have a cookie/cache issue in your Vivaldi?

Hi - @Mark Yes it’s still happening for those products. In vivaldi (windows 10/chrome base browser) - no products show underneath but when I use Firefox - I can see them. Very strange

Mine has same issue. Sometimes I see the correct type products under my invitation and sometimes I don’t. It is definitely weird! I use Microsoft edge browser. I let support know. Right now they are all correct so maybe they fixed it.

They seem to be correct at the moment now. It was back and fourth, sometimes they were correct and other time they went back to bridal shower invites under my wedding invite. Maybe the issue was fixed because they are correct again. Very odd .
