It is just a background image. I am not sure how to respond. As far as I understand this isn’t something that can be done though Zazzle, or that I should be discussing outside business on the customer chat?

You’re correct in that this cannot be done through Zazzle.
If you are interested I’d suggest arranging it outside of Zazzle, obviously you’re connected with them via our chat so the move can be discussed through there! 🙂
