How do I find out where the 3rd party referral on our sales is coming from? All I see is that the sale was 3rd party but no way to find out who the 3rd party is. How do I know if someone besides my self referral is receiving the fee because all my sales any more are 3rd party and they didn’t use to be that way until the ambassador program. Many of these creations are on my Pinterest account and are new content and are all showing 3rd party referral. Something just doesn’t add up.

I agree designers need to know who/what the third parties taking part of our earnings are. I rarely make non-third party sales.

I completely agree and have been going around and around wtih Zazzle customer service about 2 sales that I visited the site directly from my website to my shop URL, made the design, put on 2 products and purchased those 2 products. Yet - it’s listed as 3rd party. It’s beyond infuriating.
The issue with Pinterest at the moment is that when you pin directly from Zazzle to your own Pinterest boards, pinterest is adding their own code to the end of the link. Go to your pinterest and click on one of the pins you created with the Zazzle linking tool. Now look at the url. It is no longer your URL, but has a bunch of code added to the end. When this happens - Zazzle is reading it as a 3rd party. The only way to avoid this is to create your own pin - not with the Zazzle share tool - and add your link. It takes longer but should (I emphasize should) give you a self referral.

I just checked and sure enough that is what is showing. All my links came from Zazzle. What a waste of time. I don’t even know how to create them directly in Pinterest. I’ll delete what I have and see if I can figure it out and if it’s not worth my time I will just give up on Zazzle. I’m fed up with all their new charges anyway. There is no room to make what I use to and not worth my time. Thanks for explaining.
