Stemless wine glass changes not being saved

I’ve recently added stemless wine glasses to my store, and more recently have been trying to make changes to those (copying front images to glasses 3 and 4 in set), but even after several days (a week in some cases), the changes aren’t being reflected. I’m only putting content on Fronts 1 through 4; nothing on the Backs or Full layers.
