Store Name on Banner

I understand that the store name cannot have spaces for the URL, however, how do you edit the store name on the banner to have the correct spaces instead of underscores or all run together as is required for the URL?

While in your store, select the SETTINGS tab

The First entry requested is for your STORE NAME
