Stretched Canvas Prints

I was wondering if there is an option for my design to automatically resize to the dimensions a customer wants?  For instance if I make a listing of a stretched canvas for an 8x8 and allow all options in the product merchandising, my design will not auto resize to say for instance a 40x40.  Do I need to make a listing for each size?

I just checked this on some of my published wrapped canvas items.
One that had a CUSTOMIZED size, could not be resized. Another 8x8 was resized to 40x40.

So it looks as if your original should be chosen from the standard list

What is a customized size?  My design includes personalization.   Thank you for your help!

@billburness There are standard sizes in the drop down list (8x8, 35x12, etc.). You can also create your own size at the bottom (7.25 x 5.8) - the horizontal adjusts automatically somewhat. So I am referring to a CUSTOM SIZE not that you might have personalization of the image.
