a designer uses for its collection a tag with my shopname. If I put in my shopname, I find the designs of the designer. What am I supposed to do? I wrote the designer, but didn´t get an answer. Should I report the images at Zazzle? Do you have any experience with it. I am usually not the person who reports others, but I tend to do it this time.

I took a look, and I can see why you’re confused there are shops using names like “Wedding Hobinishop,” and their products show up when someone searches for your shop name. It’s hard to know from the outside whether that shop name was created before or after yours. Only Zazzle can see the account creation dates and determine whether there’s any shop‑name conflict or misuse. Since “Hobinishop” doesn’t have any other meaning, it’s definitely worth asking Zazzle to check the timestamps and let you know whether this is allowed or if it needs to be corrected. Hopefully Zazzle can clarify the shop‑name situation for you.
Thank you for your comment, the most are mine, and I have a domain and the right, but there is one shop with another shopname, who uses my name hobinishop in their tags. So the copy and paste tag situation, without looking any further.
