Do you guys use Tailwind to help you get sales from Pinterest?

No, I do not. I am using a RSS feed automation tool, but I also have a Pinterest business account. It’s free to switch a personal account to a business account. And with the business account, you can also schedule pins right on the Pinterest app. You also have access to making rich pins with more tags that way too.

I use Tailwind, which is really helpful for scheduling pins. However, due to a lack of sales, I think this will be my last year using it. I post videos every day during the recommended times, but unfortunately, I don’t see any results for Zazzle.
I have coaching clients who use Tailwind who regularly earn about $1000 a month in referrals from Pinterest pins. Using the paid subscription becomes profitable once you actually have products that will sell consistently on Zazzle. Before that you can easily post to Zazzle and then share to Pinterest using the Zazzle share option

I used Tailwind a long, long time ago, but I haven’t used it in years. These days I manually pin an average of about 5 pins a day, and I’m personally satisfied with staying active on Pinterest instead of paying for auto pins. I like being hands on: pinning a couple times a day, repinning my followers’ products, and adding fresh content to my niche boards. I know a lot of top sellers have left Zazzle, so I’m not sure if Tailwind was ever a big referral payout for them… maybe a top seller will comment with their experience
