All of a sudden my text templates are no longer templates? I’m so confused! They definitely worked the other day. I just spent forever trying to make a binder and I **think** I made the text template correctly. It took me forever to find the template option. But after posting the binder the text isn’t a template?
I have no clue how to make templates with the new design tool. But more upsetting is my templates that I know use to work are no longer templates???

Templates texts work. But now is a little bit confusing from where to see them. In your design click on the text you want - go to Selling Options from above - and then on the left window of your design - go to Make this a template object. If you have several text boxes to be left ready to be customize, take each of them individually in the order you want.
There is no selling options on the top of mine in the design tool could it be somewhere else?

But there isn’t a link on the product page?
And those aren’t the labels I made for the template fields?
Ok, I get it now … but why not put the template fields on the product page? Why make the customer click through to access them at all?
I am just making simple items like trays with monogram and I tried three different ways to make the personalize link appear and this is day two with no work getting done, Why did they make the design tool so complicated. Let us opt out of the new one and if they need it they can apply their magic to the back end so it is seen as they see fit by customers. I know how to make things that customers can easily customize what is ok to adjust, Now I am getting nothing done 
Sorry I flipped out about this new system. It is not as bad as I first thought or it is getting better. I am having a hard time trying to cut out a part of an image to use on top of the same image when covering some text. I hope that it is just another learning curve. I don’t know how I feel about not having the simple area for buyers to add text without knowing what is going on.
Now I am trying to figure out why none of sales to my store pages using FB ads are coming through as my sales or even not third party. I guess everybody has already been directed to Zazzle.
