I have referrals from 10/27, 10/29 and 10/30 that haven’t cleared despite the associated royalties having cleared. One referral earned later in the day on 10/29 did clear however. Can you please look into this? Thanks.

I have two referrals from the same order on 10/25 and one cleared and the other didn’t. So that’s an odd one.

Same.. I have pending ones from 10/25 and only 1 out of 3 has cleared from 10/27, 2 pending.

Same here, 6 pending referals from 10/26-10/27 and only half cleared on 10/28

@James @Scott could we get a response on these uncleared October referrals? It’s particularly important that all owed October referrals clear for the December payment since that’s the last payout in tax year 2025. They need to clear.

@James Can you assure us that all uncleared October referrals that should clear for the December payout, the last in tax year 2025, WILL clear? Will the monthly payment history that we see early in the month be filed as usual even though it would currently be inaccurate — that is, processed without all erroneously uncleared referrals — or will that be delayed until this problem is fixed? I hope it’s the latter. I want accurate numbers for December (and tax year 2025) that include ALL owed referrals that are attached to their associated already cleared royalties.

Yep, I have one still pending from 10/26 and eight from 11/3 still pending.
Same here: 4 referrals from 10/27/25 not cleared.
I have been advised that all valid Referrals will be paid. We’re working on the visual issue now.
