Can we go back to old designer tool? Or at least have the option to use it. It looks like the new one has so many bugs.

When customers order are they getting the messed up version or the original? I am biting my nails over orders I’ve gotten. Can an admin please answer this?

If I put my leggings that have the ruined design in the shopping cart, it’s still ruined.
I want to put in the screenshot here but it won’t let me.
I am still having issues with mirror tiling where the files used in the design are horizontal files. Specifically - I have noticed this with Ties and Bath Towels - the strange thing is the lines show up in the search images but not on the thumbnail once the image is clicked on - then the download image for the rolled tie has the line when clicking to download but the line is gone on the downloaded image - trying a link to four ties for an example - (two of these ties have the line problem) since the downloaded ties do not show the problem…. https://www.zazzle.com/store/myrubiogarden/ties?dp=252040077036799412&cg=196084300806210342
this is still happening with me too. Tiling with a text feature included is showing blank white products for several weeks now

The pattern tool does not work as it was before. Just “centered” ist somehow there, where I want to start whit a image. But trying to work with different patterns, doesn’t work as usual. Mirroring is awfully. Almost all others than center are for me broken just now. Nut just from today, but today checked it and … could drive me crazy, it’s not possible to get the size I want, the start point I want, just no control at all.

So happy you wrote this. All my gift wrapping paper sheets are messed up. I wanted to write a thread but couldnt add screenshots. Commenting here now to see if there will be a solution by zazzle officials soon…

just made a brochure in my shop to insert pictures here… because, html is working. so, perhaps try to use wetransfer or some tools for the pictures.
But, it changed a little bit. Realized before the centered and the basic tiles look differnt. Not shure if all.
@Mark @Fiona @Heather_B is there any way we can get an update? This is super affecting my sales
We are working on a fix right now, but I don’t have an ETA on when it might be released. Very sorry.

Many of my “Horizontal” tiled patterns seem to be fixed! There are still some previews showing the broken pattern, but hopefully that will be resolved soon.

Thank you for mentioning that. I just checked six of my neoprene laptop sleeves and the pattern is back to normal. I need to check a lot more products but I’m happy to see this fixed.
this is not fixed on my end. wrapping paper, wrapping paper sheets, ribbon, party hats etc remain showing as blank white products. This seems to be related to tiling with text
Can you share some links to products that are still not fixed? 3-5 links should be sufficient. Thanks in advance.
