It’s been a long time since the tissue paper dimensions were changed and the works were transferred to the new paper dimensions, but now they look messy. We tried to arrange them to be according to the given dimensions and of course to attract customers to fit them so beautifully in the appropriate dimensions and buy them. Now, in order to possibly buy them, they are forced to resize them, or we, as designers, are forced to do it, which is quite a job when you do something for a long time (and also lose likes, number of sales, shared links,…), because we don’t have the possibility to save it all, but to set it up from the beginning. I believe that there are other designers who are also bothered by this sloppiness in the display of works,… ?
Unfortunately, this has a bad effect on the sale of the same,…
When will you correct and return our long-term works to look nice again (thanks in advance for your reply)?
Hi, I mainly sell tissue designs for decoupage.
Just to say that I personally am happy with my “old” designs as they are. I definitely don’t want any “automated” updates on my designs to eliminate the white border on my older designs as this would result in either top/bottom/top and bottom of my designs being lost or the design being disproportionately stretched to fill the the extra width. Neither of these are acceptable to me.
Most of my designs have cover photos. Would this be an option for you? You can add these photos at any time thus eliminating the need to creating a new listing.

O.K. Everyone designs in their own way. I make them in a different way, and my point is that the customer can use them immediately, without bothering to modify the dimensions (if they already have the appropriate ones), unless they are specifically needed for some special dimensions. Easier and faster to work. Here is just one of the examples where according to the old dimensions, everything was fit, and now the customer needs to redo them, because if I do that, it will lose to the current stated position. Can someone from tech fix this or who is responsible for this?
