Zazzle Moderators,
It took overnight to change the tissue paper in the marketplace to horizontal, even though we had it vertical.
Why is it taking so long to change them back? If it took a night to make the mistake, why is it taking so long to fix the mistake?

I’m upping this because we need to know when this is going to be fixed. If it’s going to take some time, it would be great to know so we can start the fixing this error ourselves. Thank you.
I am also in hopes that this can be corrected in time. In the mean time since the change I have started creating mockups, which I like. Just going to take me awhile to do them all. I am sure this is on the agenda.

I tried that, too, but the problem is when the customer sees the actual tissue paper (without the mock-up), there are white spaces on a couple of the edges. I would hate for the customer to believe that that is how the paper is going to be manufactured and mailed to them.
It’s just frustrating and inexplicable how, literally overnight, Zazzle changed the orientation, causing all of our vertical tissue paper to be horizontal and, yet they can’t fix the problem they created.
