Zazzle Moderators,

Is Zazzle going to fix the orientation problem regarding tissue paper?

For years, there was no orientation option in the design layout.  We had to choose the vertical option when we were about to sell it.  

Today, I saw that there is now the vertical option in the design layout which is great.  However, the problem is the tissue paper already in the marketplace have turned all the vertical tissue paper to horizontal which looks horrible to potential buyers.  Can Zazzle fix this since your changes caused the vertical tissue paper in the marketplace to turn horizontal.

The corner detail orientation view has also now forcibly been set to horizontal.  Please fix this and put our chosen views back to the way they were.  Alternatively, and long needed anyway, give us the ability to bulk reset product merchandising options for each product line with like orientation views.

I appreciate this, and I hope it’s fixed in a timely manner.  It looks horrible to potential buyers.
