Transferring double sided Design

When I am transferring a design to a product with a front and a back, the auto transfer is putting the front text on the back of the new product and the back text on the front of the product. Very time consuming to fix this.

I agree it would be nice if it transferred properly in the first place but it shouldn’t take long to fix … did you use the edit ‘select all’ option to ‘edit cut’ from the front and paste to the back; and vice versa from back to front?

Hmmmmm… The first step seems like it would work great. Not sure about the second step!

I’ve done this lots of times, it works in a jiffy. I should mention that when you paste the front to the back, the layers that you paste remain highlighted so it’s easy to see which are the unhighlighted layers that need to be moved to the front. Click on the top layer of the ones you want to move to front, hold down the shift button and click on the last layer. Edit cut paste.

Ah! Cool trick. Thank you!

This is another great argument for being able to rename our layers & groups. Would make it much easier to see what we are doing when we are copying & pasting like this.

I agree with this recommendation. It would help with this scenario and many others.
