Not sure how the system figures this out…but I ran across this. One person viewing an item shouldn’t trigger “trending” I would think?
Hahahaha! It’s not one person though, it’s “1 people!” Maybe one person’s not a trend but one people is? 😂
Sorry, I realize I’m not being terribly helpful, I just thought it was amusing.

Zazzle does have a very low bar for trending.
particularly if that one person is the creator of that item! ![]()
perhaps a minimum of views should be required to trigger the trending flag … say 10 or 20?
That’s Zazzle for ya!
I think some of the views might be old, too! Not exactly trending. I love the concept, but it’s not quite accurate.
Hi @Caprice ,
Can you provide a link to the design you spotted this on? We would be happy to take a look of course.
Pádraig.
Just found another one for you today… https://www.zazzle.com/christmas_night_sky_stars_mountains_full_moon_square_sticker-256709937331637925
From a customers point of view, I would be baffled at finding a product like this with ONE view trending and it would severely reduce my trust in this function.
I also have products that haven’t been viewed in years but are “trending” … I assume because they use to get views. From what I’ve noticed if an item has 12+ views it’s considered trending.
