Trying to understand traffic stats

Hi there,

I’m new on Zazzle. I am trying to make sense of the views. The number on the product page (store management) doesn’t align with the insights - sometimes it shows more but usually less.

Additionally, the products that are shown as ‘popular’ in the storefront don’t seem to be the ones with the most views.

And on top if that, I installed Google Analytics and it’s hardy showing any traffic at all, despite insights telling me quite a few products are getting views.

Indeed, @Annie_Pixels  . I don’t understand any of it either. Also, the Insights: you brought 100% of the views. So why don’t I earn a referral when I make a sale? It just doesn’t add up.
