The above links are from previous social media promos. At this time, neither collection shows up on any of the collection or related _ product _ pages. It is as if they are non-existent.
Thanks for letting me know @SandyMDesigns . If you click on the links, they are visible. But do you see the collections on the list of collections? Or if you click on the following products?
Here are four that are missing from my store. They appear on my PROFILE collections (BUT NO WHERE IN THE STORE). Seems that the “Occasion” and “Type” information are missing - Not sure why as I had completed that information on these collections.
When clicking on the links to the above collections (from the profile page - AS THEY DO NOT APPEAR ON THE STORE PAGE), I get the following error messages:
That is the same as what I see on my huge list. How I found out that the public can see those is to stay signed in to my account and use a different browser to where I do sign it to Zazzle, then when I called those collections up by name, I could see what the public can see.
When I try to click on theses Easter-related collections in my collection list, I get a request error. Easter is two weeks away. I wanted to promote them one more time. I can’t get links to them. All my other collections are fine

I tried both Edge and Chrome browsers (not signed in), and still cannot see any of these collections. Searching the collection by name also do not see any of them.
The product pages are working fine. What is _ not working _ are the links to the COLLECTIONS. The only sections that appear under these products are “Other designs you might like” and “Transfer design to a product” BUT the COLLECTIONS that they belong to do not show up. Again, tried different browsers, signed in or not, the collections still do not show up.
I have a whole bunch of collections missing from my backend, storefront and the respective products pages. The occasion and style information on them in the backend were first blanked out and the collections disappeared completely.
Missing are all my Easter collections and some of my business collections.
I was able to retrieve some links via Pinterest, as I pinned some of the collections there. I know I posted the links already in another thread, but will put them here again in case they got buried there and tech needs some samples for missing collections.
As they are still visible via the links, I suppose they got somehow disconnected from the store and the respective products.

Thanks for the confirmation, @SandyMDesigns . It is very odd. I still cannot see them on my side. See attached for the search for one of them by name. They still do not appear for me (on various browsers/devices - signed in or not) on the Collections as well as all the associated products’ pages.
I saw this one first when I posted. But did add that thread here as well. I noticed that the problem on our side (at least in my account) has not been resolved.
