Two Questions from a newbie

Hello Zazzle Community!

First I want to say thank you to those that contribute to this community. I have been pouring over the posts over the last couple months every night before I sleep. Giving me little tid bits along the way to factor in the following day. So far I feel like i have a decent handle on how things work … or at least so far I kind of have been able to figure things out as I go. Not that that has translated into any sales, but I’m crossing my fingers that is just a matter of time.

Currently I have two issues that I cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix and they are really bugging me.

First, when I first set up my shop I created a couple of categories … Children’s Birthday Parties and Halloween Parties. I can’t figure out how I did this or how to edit these or delete them or even create new ones.

Second, I was messing with my Halloween themed collections yesterday. I want the first photo to be of the invitation but somehow I changed them to be a different product in that collection. Where do I control which photo is highlighted in the collection?

For your category question, on the left hand side in your store back end, press all categories

which will give you the option to create a new one, edit a name or delete if needed

Any changes you make to categories need at least a week to be seen on your store front I’ve found

For your second question, when you say first photo - do you mean collection cover? i.e the photo you see before you open the collection?

To do this - go into edit collection and on the right hand side, you’ll see a Media Section where you can upload a cover photo
