So I had 21 products, created between 10/28 – 10/30 finally appear in the mp and my public storefront yesterday. There were also 5 products created 11/1 that appeared today. (There was a gap of other products created between those dates that haven’t appeared/been indexed yet, but that’s not the issue.)
I just looked at my public store. Now 7 (out of 14) of those products created between 10/28 – 10/30 are no longer there and 4 (out of 5) products created 11/1 are also missing. They still show up in my back end and in my collections.
What gives? I’m hoping this is a glitch and they’ll be back in the mp again. Soon.
Update: one of the products created 11/1 just popped back up in my public storefront (so 3 out of 5 are missing now from 11/1). Hopefully this is just temporary & the other 10 products will magically reappear as they once were?
This happened to me too. I’ve seen it happen before and it fixed itself but it was like another day or two of waiting. It’s so confusing what’s going on these days!
Sorry to hear it’s also happened to you but good to hear I’m not the only one! Since then, a few more (created after that date) products appeared, but those 7 are still gone. So far. Fingers crossed they’ll appear soon.
