During Christmas I designed several playing cards and ornaments. I then purchased them. For some reason the designs are on my “saved designs” page. I have repeatedly tried to delete them without success. It just says “Sorry, you could not delete a product because it is referenced in either your order or cart.” There’s nothing in my cart. There are quite a few so it’s frustrating to have them continue to show up. I reached out for “help”. At first she said she deleted the one example I sent her. Didn’t work. Then basically told they were just going to stay there and sorry for the inconvenience. Just venting.

i reported this issue last summer as well. Thus far there has been no solution.

This has been going on for years, especially if you used the “replace product” tool.

Can you please advise how to send a product link for something that is not in the marketplace? And that would let you see the item without showing any of the individual personalization?
