I received a chat message notification but am not able to access it or any of my previous chats/messages. I get a generic welcome screen instead and it says there are no messages. Anyone else experiencing this?

Interesting. I don’t have email notifications enabled, but out of curiosity I checked my chat and I’m getting the same message. Sounds like some sort of system-wide problem.

This sounds like it was spam, someone reported it before, zazzle delete it.
Went curious and tested my messages. Yes, you can’t see your messages first. Just tested and started a new conversation with someone related here. If so, the thread is back in the overview. But not another yet.

I have that same chat message this morning as well. I cannot view any of my previous chat messages where I was communicating with customers. The only thing I am able to view is my chat settings that show people I have blocked over the years - these are people who sent fraudulent chat messages.

I just checked and my entire chat history has also been wiped and replaced with a welcome to chat email.
