Help I don’t know why
I searched Z’s help files, only found one post that might pertain…(remember, I said might)

Check Firewall and/or Security Settings
If you are trying to access your account from work or a public computer (located in a library for example), please be advised that some companies/organizations may have adjusted their security settings to block potentially hazardous websites. Accessing the Zazzle site while Firewall & security settings are set to “High” can disrupt many basic functions of the site, including the checkout process. If your computer accesses the web through a business intranet, please ask the computer’s IT Administrator to add our webpage as a “trusted site.”
If you are using your own connection, make sure that your individual security settings are adjusted to Medium (or default) and that Zazzle.com has been added as a “trusted site.”

What does “unusual activity” mean? Unusual activity can be related to issues like phishing, logging in from shared connections, using weak passwords, or using the same password on multiple websites.

I too have the same problem, very poor website design from zazzle, they put on many catpcha, blockage, seem like they do not want creator upload anything
