Hi everyone,
i received this notification
what does it mean?
kind regards.
looks like a fishing scam to me… don’t click on anything..
@Mahriha Be careful - this looks like a phishing attempt to me. How did you get this? Email, message center etc.? Actually I think you got this through the Notification Center. Does it have a Zazzle badge attached to it? I have gotten several of those messages. I ignored them and my account is still active. You better reach out to a real Zazzle contact to be on the safe site - do not reply to that message. ![]()
I received this through the Notification Center. When I clicked on it, I was redirected to Account Settings.
@Mahriha Important: do NOT enter any info (right now). Scammers often mirror websites to collect your credentials. Reach out to Zazzle instead NOT using any link in the notification you have received.
I got the same notification today. I did not open the link, because it looked like a phishing expedition to me.
@Jadendreamer13 I have gotten a ton of them in the beginning (many moons ago) but have not received one recently. Yes, times are though for scammers, they have to feed their 13 children too, sigh.
How is it possible to receive fraudulent notifications through Zazzle notifications? I thought the notifications (not messages or emails) were secure and could only be sent through the site’s system.
That notification was from us. It should link to your account settings.
Thank you for the head up 👍
I received the same notice today, through the Zazzle notification system. Why would Zazzle need us to verify our already established accounts?
What are we supposed to do – edit our name, provide a phone number, or just check the accuracy of the information?
@Scott Thanks Scott - I stand corrected. Your response is much appreciated!!
Please explain why we are receiving that notification. Thanks.
I got the same notification too! Please explain what we have to verify and how …
And why some of us creators are getting this notification or is everyone getting it ?
Thank you,
I haven’t gotten it as of yet
Not having seen this thread, I created another one, though my message showed up on my earnings page, and it said my info was incomplete. Sure enough, I’d left off the area code in my phone number, so I corrected it, but it would seem this month’s payment will now be delayed because I changed something.
I received message (shortly after Customer Service “verified” my account for me - I have no cell phone and rarely get messages) and clicked on the link. Nothing seemed amiss, so I ignored it, clicking out without making any changes.
The verification being asked for above is for your phone number and email. If one is missing than you most likely will receive this notification. Here is more info on the phone number verification we recently added, but these methods of verification are necessary for security of your account and is quite standard across most online accounts nowadays.
If you do not have a mobile/cell number than you can tag me in the comments here and I can try to help, so your account won’t be restricted in the future.
Thanks.
Does that mean we are being forced into 2 step verifications. We have several phones fail and ended up with a new phone number. Marilyn can’t get into her Facebook because of that.
