I think the views-not-updating glitch is back! I had several products that had gotten hidden for “Optimization needed”, plus some more that were close, and I viewed them all, added cover photos, set them back to public if needed, a couple weeks ago. They are still set to public, but the views are still showing in red as not having been viewed for 15 months or more! They actually should have gotten MORE than just one view recently, because I viewed them to download the designs, and then again to add the cover photos after I made them!

I wasn’t sure if that person had the same issue, since they are complaining about no views on new products. And the Zazzle people seem to be working with them on their particular issue. So that’s why I made a new thread.
A new discussion is fine, but it would be nice to have a few example Product IDs.
I’ve also got some phone cases that I’ve had the font replaced/I’ve viewed/downloaded and uploaded a mockup and they’re still showing as red and/or not viewed recently. I’ve tried viewing them in different browsers not logged in and nope.
