I have products that are set to “Visible”, but on the front end they are not visible to customers in my storefront.
I have several stores with this issue and I have been in contact with Zazzle support since September with no resolution. Just wondering if anyone else has this issue?
I admit I have a lot of low-performance stuff that has rightly been Hidden automatically for me. In the past I could give products another chance by changing the status to Visible and it would indeed become Visible to customers. But it has not worked like this for some time. I was hoping to do some promotion for one of my larger stores and that won’t be possible if there’s nothing visible to promote.
There is no button for making products visible, but you can go into the “edit details” area and set them to “public”. At the same time, make a change to the description, or review some of your tags and make a change there, and you may find that the product becomes visible a few days later (after site indexing).
Hi Windy, thanks for responding. You’re right, I got the wording wrong. But the problem is the same – a product appears to already be “public”, but it does not show on the front end. The only option I see is “Make hidden”.
I’m very sorry to hear that you are still experiencing an issue here. I reached out to you via email to see if we can help to resolve this for you asap.
