@tunescool Everything takes time to index. Ideally less than 48 hours… but sometimes up to a week, when things are really slow. Did you hide products or the stores themselves? That could be the reason for the -1 zRank…

@tunescool Have you tried logging out, clearing cookies,etc and logging back in? But you said you are working on one of them… so you can still see and access them in your backend?? It does not show up where? In the public view? Are you getting a ooops, something went wrong error or similar?
You are the 2nd person to report this type of problem, without the Z rank issue… the other person had to wait for indexing to take place. Are your stores relatively new? Products new?
