I wouldn’t hold your breath for tissue paper to return in time for this Christmas - Lisa-B (Mod) advised there is “no return date as of yet” so who knows

We need tissue paper all year round. I have numerous customers who have their own decoupage businesses that depend on Zazzle to provide consistent, reliable IN STOCK tissue paper. It seems to me that tissue paper is out of stock more often than any other product which is insane since it’s so popular. I really hope Zazzle fixes the stock situation regarding tissue paper as it goes out so often, it’s ridiculous.

I reached out to Zazzle Support last week and they replied they did not have a date as to when tissue paper would return. Yesterday, I reached out to Digiwrap ) the suppliers of Zazzle tissue paper) and here is their reply to me this morning - It sounds like it is a Zazzle problem and not a supplier problem.

Although Zazzle is currently out of stock for our tissue paper, you can still purchase our products directly via our website. They should be back in stock soon but at this time we are unable to determine a definite time line.

I’m glad, too. However, the last time it came back, it took only a little over a month for it to go out of stock again. So it sounds like there’s an internal issue. Please, Zazzle, fix whatever is the problem with the stocking of tissue paper. Again, it’s not just the sellers. I have a rather large number of customers who have their own decoupage businesses. They rely on Zazzle to provide consistent, reliable tissue paper. Please fix whatever issues stocking of tissue paper has. It is a very popular product.

Possibly they didn’t order enough blank stock last time to keep up with demand? That’s the only thing I can think of. Fingers crossed they ordered a lot more this time around (if that indeed was the case).

That’s what I thought, too. I told Zazzle that perhaps the problem (or one of the problems) is that someone is not ordering enough. Whatever the problem, I hope this is resolved soon and permanently.

I know! I’ve literally just discovered that as I went to make some new tissue paper. I could feel my mouth drop open when I saw it, lol. Honestly, I don’t know whether to laugh or cry! 😬

At this conjecture it’s not even about when the tissue paper will be in stock but more about transparency into what is really going on. Zazzle owes it’s buyers and sellers an honest detailed explanation.

100%. I’m not sure if Zazzle fully comprehends how many customers have decoupage businesses of their own. They rely on Zazzle for a reliable and consistent supply of tissue paper.
Moderators, please be transparent with us. This stocking situation regarding tissue paper has gone into the realm of the absurd and extremely poor customer service.

Me, too. This is a major missed opportunity for sales and commissions right before the holidays. It certainly makes one wonder if there is a serious issue causing these chronic inventory issues.
