Wrongly priced product glitch

Hello!

I have been experiencing some weird stuff going on with my Zazzle account, just like many of you (products doubled, etc.) but what worries me most is wrong pricing of the sold product! The stamp, which should cost 16,26 $ was sold for 1,16 $ which gave me a royalty of 0,08 $. I hope this is only a one-off glitch, and only one lucky client;)

@Deseades   It could be for many reasons - the customer could have had a coupon or maybe a staff discount?

If you give the tech team a link or any other information (eg order number) they can investigate.
