Is anyone else having this issue? When I create a photo thank-you card or save-the-date card, the photo is automatically changed to one I recently used. That would be fine and I guess this is intergrate Ai upgrade customization for customers. The problem is that the filter I had over the photo is also being swapped and replaced with an additional photo. That is the huge problem.
I checked a few products and it is inconsistent - sometimes the filter stays, sometimes it doesn’t. It looks like the Ai in the Zazzle Design Tool needs to be checked and rectified before it is used on other categories. Because I’m now worried other elements in designs might also be replaced.
Can someone please let me know if I am the only designer seeing this issue?
Please confirm that the issue has persisted for more than 48 hours
I am not sure if it has been ongoing for that long. I was hoping you or the Zazzle forum could help confirm that.
One of the reasons I am asking is to find out if anyone else is also experiencing this issue.
Please confirm that the issue persists after clearing your browser’s cache and cookies
Yes, the issue is still happening after clearing cache and cookies.
Please provide a step-by-step list of actions to recreate the issue
N.B.: You need to have previously uploaded/used photos. So if a customer or a designer has two or more photos in their history, they should be able to replicate this issue.
