Frames not working

Is it just me or are the frames not working today? I can’t add an image/photo to the frames. Thanks!

I’m having the same issue. I’m unable to add images to my frames as well.

Nevermind my issue, I got it working again! (I posted this in another section as well, sorry for the cross post but maybe it will help someone!)

If you are also having problems try following these instructions:

  • add your frame by clicking the “elements” menu on the left and selecting whatever shape you want
    -click within the shape so that the shape is highlighted (if it is a grid, make sure one of the sections is highlighted)
    - on the upper right you’ll see “add image” and click that
  • scroll through your uploads (or click upload in the upper left of the library) then add the photo you want, it will place it within the shape
  • to move the image within the shape look to the right again for “adjust image” and you can also click “change image” to replace it
  • scroll down the right menu to click “make template” and also then you can choose “force customers to replace..” if you want

Previously you could drop the photos directly into the frame but now you need to add via “add image” to select or upload from your image library. This is in the instructions but I still didnt see the “add image” button somehow. Hope this helps someone!
