New products created over the past three weeks are not showing up in this shop. Also the “Group Products” feature stopped working around the same time. Thanks in advance for help with this technical issue.

Was this resolved? I worked for hours yesterday making new products and grouping some. Today I go to continue my work and all the products I made disappeared. They are no where to be found. I have no link/PID to give you because they are not showing up. Please tell me they are going to show up again?
UPDATE: I just realized that I was in the Public View. How long does it take for my new products to show up in my Store and Marketplace for the public?

Many thanks for reaching out! Products can take up to 48hrs to go live on the public storefront/marketplace at present due to indexing. If you are still seeing that the products in question have not gone live by tomorrow evening, please let us know which store(s) have been affected and I’ll be more than happy to take a look 😁

Can I hijack this? I am having an issue with new products from the past 3 days not showing up in the Marketplace nor under my store’s New Products on Pubic View, yet they are showing in their respective collections.
I will add, since it may be relevant, that these are all products that I submitted for grouping right after publishing (I did read Zazzle is behind with product groupings) so I’m really hoping that I’m not going to have to wait until they approve my grouping request to show in the Marketplace! We designers love to have eyes on our products ASAP

I just noticed the same thing when I attempted to pin some new designs. I thought I’d lost my mind because I knew the products were completed since I had made custom pins for them. I checked the collection and found them there but nowhere else. 😕
