new products not appearing in mp

This is starting again. Indexing has been horrible for me. No product that I've made from 3/3 – on has been showing up in my public store & mp. (At least they're showing up in the collections I've placed them in.) My count is up to 28. I know it takes at least 24-48 hrs these days, but this is getting ridiculous. When can I expect them to finally be showing up?

And is anyone else having this problem?

I  have over 50 products that haven't been put into the MP since March 2nd.

I have over 500 ... hopefully this makes you feel better 🤣  It will resolve itself. 

I try not to stress unless I am missing out on an important seasonal holiday due to the delay which has happened before, but then I could have created my newer products well ahead of time for release at the optimum moment. With Zazzle constantly overhauling the site with improvements we have to double down on our own ways to be efficient.

Exactly. This isn't the first time indexing has been slow. I have learned to make products at least six months ahead of their season. That makes times like this far less stressful. Eventually everything does make it into the MP!

None of the niches I follow have updated since 3/2 or 3/3. My own products have not updated from 3/3. So you have lots of company.

I'm a a new creator on Zazzle. I find the whole process of uploading onto my own store confusing.  And I've added several designs in the last few days and was wondering why they don't show up in the store.

UPDATE: All the above 9 products have made it into the mp. Yay! 

(I did, however, make 9 new products yesterday, which aren't there yet. Hopefully they'll appear in a timely manner.)

Literally everything posted since I believe March 7th or March 8th at this point is not showing up lol. The last delay was things from the 3rd or 4th showed up around the 7th or 8th and then started all over again. Am sad. I cannot link them all. It's literally everything I've made.

Also, a new thing happened last night but a collection I created disappeared! lol. I made it again, sometimes I see both, but as of right now I only see the remade one. I'm assuming at some point the new collection will show up again.

My friends store has several new collections not showing up at all in his store either now too.

I know eventually these things will show up, but it's pretty frustrating these last few months that it is every week and no telling how long it takes each time, especially when you are excited to get things into the MP or trying to get things indexed in advance of an upcoming particular season, even a few months ahead, knowing how searching and algorithms work.

And then I like to give things a few days in the MP to HOPE that the grouping takes hold, but it's not really working consistently on that either. And manually grouping never works. I've manually requested grouping on some things for 2 years, over and over again, that haven't been grouped properly LOL. I don't know what to do.

I have uploaded several products which are not showing, three template items appeared almost immediately....except I cannot create a template set. Well I can, but when I try to use it, it tells me that no template fields exist

When I upload products, the page with the link never appears. Products have always uploaded in the past apart from a couple of times when an image has been rejected by Zazzle.

I now have duplicate Halloween products due to an upload on 11 March not showing by 15th March. now both uploads are showing in my store

My most recent products aren't showing up in marketplace results or in my shop either.  It's been days, not hours.  Here are a couple of examples.

I made 3 'save the date' cards on 6 April. Two of them are now finally showing up in my 'latest products created' feed on my store home page, this one https://www.zazzle.co.uk/cute_chihuahua_save_the_date_card-256825454154391567  shows up if you paste the url into the browser but not in the latest products and none of them are showing up in the save the date category I have for them. Various other products I've created since (eg this one https://www.zazzle.co.uk/panda_baby_one_piece_bodysuit_with_babys_name-235206332465977314) are showing up in the collections I've put them in but not in latest products or in their categories. I'm really glad to hear you're working on it, that's great, as there have never been delays like this before!

Is this just something we are going to have to deal with on a weekly basis? Nothing from like April 7 or April 8th is showing again. These delays have been consistent almost weekly now for months. Is there some backend server issues? I'd love to be made aware so we an at least plan around it a little bit. Stuff taking a week to post to the marketplace and our pages is frustrating. They only show up in collections.
