Upset with myself at the moment. I select a page of objects to add to a collection and accidentally hit the delete button. Rather than choosing the cancel or ok option I chose the back arrow on my device. I've done that before and it has always canceled the delete. Not this time, it deleted all 24 items. So frustrated that there is no way to retrieve them at this point. It would be nice if when the option to delete was chosen, they moved to a temporary trash folder that would clear out every few days or so and had the option to manually permanent delete at any time. #store management #delete #options

* post last updated 11/08/2020 https://help.zazzle.com/hc/en-us/articles/232059087-Image-Asset-Sizes-Needed-for-Your-Store Store banners are resized by Zazzle to 2048 x 565 and then are scaled to fit the viewing device so it is a good idea to keep important elements near the center as the outer edges may be cut off on some screens, particularly the right edge. Also try to avoid putting anything in the lower left 1/3 area as that gets covered by your profile pic block and title/desciption that Zazzle adds. Something that may be sort-of close to that area on one screen may actually be getting overlapped by it on another. The minimum allowed size is 1140 x 315. Your Profile Pic that is overlayed on your store banner needs to be a minimum of 512 x 512 but it is displayed at 150 x 150. Profile banners get sized to the same size as Store banners (2048 x 565) but in their case, it's the very center you want to avoid decorating on as that's where your profile pic and name & description are placed by Zazzle. The minimum allowed size is 1140 x 315. Category cover images have no minimum required size but they are displayed st 253 x 253. Making them larger is just a waste as they aren't going to be displayed that big. Also, "window" style cover images that show a variety of the products in that category may look good at say 1280 x 1280 when you are creating them but when shrunk down to the display size of 253 x 253 the detail one might have been aiming for might not be as clear. Not to say there aren't a lot of great looking "windows" out there - there are - just keep in mind if you go that route it's only going to be seen at 253 x 253 not whatever larger size you design it at. Collection Cover images need to be a minimum of 324 x 324 but are displayed at only 272 x 272. (If instead of adding a cover image you just let it show the first item in the collection, it displays at 252 x 252.) Collection banners are 1140 x 315. Media Files (the "Media Items" they want you to add at least ten of to your store Home) need to be a minimum of 1440 x 1080. Hello, I am a new creator/designer with 35 products on my storefront. At looking at the public view, only 25 are made available. It as been more than 72 hours since the last product made and the storefront has not updated. I have received all email confirmations after creating the product, yet there are 10 missing. Thank you.

Hi! I'm adding/updating banner photos in the new collection feature and no matter what I do they are super blurry once uploaded! I made them the pixel size zazzle recommends, tried making them larger and playing around with the dpi. No matter what, once uploaded, the jpg looks blurry. Not having this issue when I upload media images to the same collection. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?

Hello, thank you for your continue understanding and help. I did time ago a checking about products on my store. I discovered few imperfections on my products, the arised while designing maybe due to technical issues, but I do not know exact reasons for that, even if I have explained to Zazzle support about that. I focuse to offer the best experience and make everything goes fluent as much as possible, for this reason I have hidden some product for sale waiting to fix the imperfections. I could edit and create a new product, but it means delete the original one; those original Zazzle product from my store could be already published and shared on web. Moreover they already have views and interacts. I asked from long time to Zazzle support if it is possible to have the Edit/Replace option avaiable on my Zazzle store, but it didn't come to me. I ask be updated about the concern. Moreover, if you cannot enable the Edit/Replace option, is it possible that Zazzle team can make the edits just fot those products for me? Saw this today for a lovely grouping of products by another shopkeeper. I want to do the same with groups of my like-kind-patterned products as a collection. I have collections but this button is never displayed on any product clicked upon. Attached, a photo of the button I see when I clicked on a product elsewhere that’s offered as a “collection” but can’t figure out how to emulate. Please direct me to a tutorial, page or how-to do this for my shop. Thank you in advance for your sage advice! Diane

Greetings, My Z-rank has been stuck on 3 for several months since I started the store about 6 months ago. My store is 100% complete with all requirements met. I've had multiple product views but not many sales and it's getting a bit frustrating because it doesn't seem like my T-shirts are getting out there (also promoting on Instagram). Hi, This is a weird question, however I do need guidance by a Zazzle employee or someone who knows law as to how to go about leaving my Zazzle Store to my son when that day comes. I am not departing soon, however I do need to have a plan in place. It can't be just changing my email or method of payment as he would have to pay taxes on the income. Is it possible to have the same display model show up in the Product view and the Collection view -- right now it appears random how the model gets chosen in "Collection" view? For consistency I'd like to have the same male model looking to the right for both views. Sometimes when I add a design to a Collection, the duo display models get shown randomly. I'm just not sure how to control that.

Hello @James , @Scott and everyone, The Igloo 12 and 24 Rectangle Can Coolers are discontinued. Will these or another rectangle version of these be coming back? I had good sales of these sizes and I don't want to delete these rectangle product designs unless I know they definitely will not be back in any rectangle version. Also, in the old forum there was a running list of items that were discontinued and a running list of items that were out of stock, which included their restock status. Are there similar running lists in this new forum format? Thank you very much!
