Earlier this month I disabled instant downloads on every product in my store, and today I got a sale for something and I went back to check and everything is re-enabled again. I don’t get what’s going on
somehow it seems like it missed turning some off, however, all designs that were digital in the past still show up as enabled in the filter results so I can’t find which are still available for digital download
There shouldn't be anything that triggers these to be re-enabled on the back end. But the now disabled Digital stuff still showing in the "Enabled" filter is an issue that might have caused this somehow. Let me pass this on to get it looked at. Thank you for sharing.
thanks for passing it along; I just had another instant download sale on a product that is definitely not available for download, nor any of the colorways; I dont know how the customer was able to do that. (screenshot in the other post)
