Sunday I was adding some new items on two of my stores when I noticed all my greeting cards show they were downloadable on the store product page but when I went to the item page itself, there was no download button on any of my greeting cards! Plus I went into my account to check the design migration section to see if somehow it had become unchecked,so it would not allow downloads and that too had disappeared. Even the picture that has a cell phone on the card for sell, to let customers know they can download it has disappeared! I was wondering is there a problem or is this do to a tech update? I hope the download button comes back soon. Thanks for any help anyone can give on this..

Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to only create digital downloads or do you also have to have a listing of a physical product and digital download is just an alternative option? Thank you

Does anyone know how to find out how many times an instant download file has been sold? I've noticed that there are no reports for this, only for printed items.

Hello! I'm trying to enable digital downloads on an existing invitation design and the DD royalty rate keeps defaulting back to 92.89%. This is what I am doing: click to enable digital downloads, overwrite the default royalty rate with my chosen royalty rate, click to accept the terms etc... and when I go back to check, the product has a DD royalty rate of the default 92.89%. I then edit the royalty rate again to my preferred rate, click to accept the terms etc, go back to check... and the royalty rate is yet again at the default. So I've reverted to disabling DDs on that product. This used to work! Has something changed? Please advise.

I have 2500 photographs on my computer and like the instant poster download for these photographs however, I would not like it if the purchaser could turn around and resell the photo prints. I am assuming that the customer can share the poster on Facebook to their website, as blog banners and I am fine with that. But reselling the photo printed posters... would be a conflict of interest for Zazzle and for the creator of the instant downloaded posters. Just let me know if there are any restrictions on the poster downloads or if the purchaser is free to use them commercially. Thank you

I make a lot of printables elsewhere and would be able to sell them here if there is a way to sell the normal print paper as a digital download, especially if there is a way to include multiple pages in one purchase as many of my printables can be several different pages of designs for them to download. (In the same way calendars have multiple pages we design for one product). They print these from their home printer for use in binders, and since we sell binders here it would be a perfect all in one solution for me.

Hi, I'm new so forgive me if I am asking in the wrong place. I design chocolate wrappers to fit the 40g mini bars and 4x6 is the perfect size. The only instant download I have found with that size is in posters. Is there any other product available at that size, and if not how do I go about requesting that it be made available? Thanks.

I'm wondering since I just sold a Christmas Invitation as a digital download. Can that customer now use that download every year if they want to? Are there any limitations? TIA

I specifically have downloads turned off for certain designs of mine that are illustration heavy, so the artwork can't be "lifted" off the design and sold elsewhere. When I initiated an order of small folded cards (not even the original holiday flat card), there was a ADD-TO-CART INSTANT DOWNLOAD option. Images attached. ZAZZLE, THIS NEEDS FIXED IMMEDIATELY! Not to mention that the download is advertised as $3.95 - AND IT IS SHOWING AS A $0.95 PURCHASE WHEN I ADD IT TO MY CART!

Hey Everyone,
Starting this thread as a place where you can share your excitement over selling digital products. As we've mentioned in the past, we're moving very slowly with this test so not a lot of users are seeing the download option. This means that sales may not happen super frequently, which makes a sale slightly more exciting than usual.
Of course, as our own testing progresses we do hope to expand the testing group, and eventually release this feature to everyone.

Now that I've made my first digital sale, it occurred to me that the standard cancellation policy might not make sense for these types of transactions. The FAQ says this: What is the refund policy for Instant Downloads? Customers know and trust Zazzle for our 100% Satisfaction guarantee. We will explore the best way to represent digital content during and after the initial beta test to better understand the motivation for customer returns. As always, any exploits of our goodwill policy will not be tolerated. We seek to understand customer return motivations. Just wondering if you're taking it on a case by case basis or what - and how you will know what motivates customers to cancel. Seems like it could be easily exploited by bad actors, but I suppose that's always the case. Just curious, 'cause yanno... now that I've made my first five bucks from digital I'm eager for it not to go pink! 😉

Hello Fellow Designers😉 God Speed! Yes, many of us all been pumped at some point at the thought of potential "DIGITAL DOWNLOADS" here on this platform, and what that may bring to our income table.🤗 I think it's still a SUPER idea, but I'd like to point out a concerning TRUTH to this new feature. For MOST smaller paper products, such as CARDS, TAGS, INVITATIONS, ect. ..the PRICE between the PHYSICAL product and the DIGITAL product, for me, do not VARY so much, I'd say, no more than a DOLLAR, which probably makes MORE sense to the CUSTOMER than the DESIGNER. THIS WILL END UP A CATASROPHE TRAIN WRECK IF NOT ADDRESSED SOON. YOU WILL SEE FOLKS SELLING THEIR STUFF FOR PENNIES JUST TO MAKE A SALE AND IT WILL DISOURAGE CUSTOMERS FROM PURCHASING THE MORE EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS!!! For Example: A basic invitation: Physical Price: $2.37 Digital Download Price: $2.88 Both:.... Now, this is FINE with me, especially with CARDS and INVITES. BUT, when I'm selling a PHYSICAL PRODUCT POSTER for $17.76 and CAN'T go HIGHER than %99 percent ROYALTY, that means if I opt to sell it in DIGITAL format, the customer will get my poster for a BARGAIN price of $5.12 ..or something CLOSE to that. NO WAY!!! ZAZZLE, I MAKE A STRONG SUGGESTION TO ALLOW THE DESIGNER TO SET OUR OWN ROYALTY AS HIGH AS WE WANT ON OUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS!!! YOU ARE CHEATING US!!! I have HOURS in some of my designs, and would like the ROYALITY rate of the PHYSICAL TO COINCIDE VERY CLOSELY to the PHYSICAL products, now that is JUST FOR ME AND MY OPINION. as for OTHERS, I'm not sure, But.. GIVE US THE FREEDOM TO SET OUR OWN ROYALTY HIGHER THAN THE 99 PERCENT!!! I DISABLED A LOT OF MY DIGITAL PRODUCTS BECAUSE OF THIS !!!

Does anyone know if Zazzle is going to begin recording our downloadable sales? I opened a new store and sold some things as instant downloads, but no record of these sales anywhere in my summary or quick view...

I set my royalty at 98% for Digital Downloads. Figuring the glitch would be fixed. But it is showing live at $42.50. Well actually the current sale did get applied so it is only $21.25. Is this right? Some haven't updated they are still at 92.5%. Should I go back and redo? I'll just sit tight for now. The rest of it looks great though!
