I also checked the product codes, and they're the same, and I also checked the public views to make sure, and they're there too. Store name is: 3cattails Both are under the Category names: Occasions>Birthday>Quinceanera (one under √Coral and the other Classic Blue). This is where they're not supposed to be anymore. I had moved them to Binders>15th & 16th Birthdays....And they are in that category. Please keep them in the Binders category for me. They both have sales, so I don't want to lose them. This issue just started. I created two new products, uploaded my mock-ups no issues, then the 3rd product I got the server error. This is a mock-up I use all the time. This issue has occurred quite frequently so I’m putting it out there, seeing if anyone else is experiencing this right now.

Hi. I am aware of the ongoing issue and have posted this in another forum topic. Below is a screenshot of some of the missing collections. These collections were fine before and only today have they started showing up empty/missing products. Also, these are not my newest collections. When clicked upon, the products can be seen, but only after clicking on the collection. Thank you.

All holiday collections in 3 of my stores are missing from my backend. I don't have links to them to post, but I do have the names, in case that's useful, which I can see when I scroll through "Add to Collection" under any product in a store. I had posted this problem in a different location in March, and marked it solved because I got this response from Scott on 3/19/24: "... there are a few issues with collections that have been reported recently. We're working on them now." Since that date, though, they are all still missing. Retro Colorful Christmas Design It's possible that some or all of these collections had been made inactive. (It seemed like a good idea at the time.) I need help because the PayPal payment I was supposed to receive on April 15 has not yet been credited to my PayPal account registered with Zazzle. The status of the payment is cleared on April 2, but it has not been credited to my PayPal as of today. Can someone from the technical department assist me with this issue?

When I try to post from item to facebook no images or information is showing up to share. I can share from a separate app but not the button on the Zazzle page. Do not ask for link to item not working. None of them are working in any of my shops. Yesterday it started so I cleared cache. Today after updating browsers and Windows it is still happening.

Hi. When clicking on one of the product images, a different product is displayed. For example, look at the images below. Two of the same product images are displayed, but when I click on the one circled in red, a different product is shown. This is what is shown when I click on the image circled in red above. See? It's mixed up.

A bit disgruntled, sorry for this rant: Due to the new laws and the 1099k's coming from paypal, I opted to get checks this year, but I have not received a single one! Each month I have to contact support, they wait until the 15th of the next month and then if I still haven't received it, then they cancel the check and add it to the next month's commissions. The two pink are the ones they've cancelled. On the 15th of this month (for last mo's payment), I contacted them once again and was told it would be cancelled. It is still not cancelled. Now, I've moved to a new address and am HOPING that the check from April 2nd will arrive, but alas, here we are the 23rd and no check yet. Fingers still crossed. I also have USPS informed delivery and have received ZERO notifications that ANY of these checks have been scanned, meaning actually mailed at a post office. I have voiced my concern to support but just get the same "we'll check with the financial office" (something like that). THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG. I GUESS I AM FORCED TO GO BACK TO PAYPAL AND ENDURE THE NIGHTMARE WITH TAXES. Waiting a few days for a miracle then changing it back before the 1st. Still would be nice if someone can hand look and see if there is something wrong with my account and verify it was printing the correct address and - now printing the new address. Rant over, still don't feel better though!

I contacted support again to let them know that my checks are being sent to the wrong address, they responded back that they are sending my checks to the correct address but they for sure are not doing that so I again sent an image of the check from usps informed delivery showing the wrong address they claim to have my correct address on file, and my correct address is in my account, but for some reason my checks are still going to my old address - for 8 months now I am having my mail forwarded from my old address (where zazzle sends my checks) so sometimes I still receive them but my forwarding will end soon so how do I get zazzle to update my address?

It happens from some time than when searching on zazzle only the first page with results is visible, when I try to go to the next it comes question with feedback. I wonder if it is not the reason for sales drop for many of sellers

Hello! I'm having a problem since yesterday with business cards, mini and normal sizes. Most of my products, very recent ones seem to be OK, somewhat older ones not so much. A yellow warning sign shows especially for the mini sizes but sometimes for the regular ones and no matter what I do the sign comes back, it shows only when trying to customize the cards (?) I was editing for a friend of mine who wanted one of my cards when I noticed that yellow warning! The third picture with a lace corner, features one design who did not trigger-that sign even though it shows the same original size as the others! Thanks for your help. 😔 Before trying to make new ones or re-introduce some of the affected cards, I'd like to make sure it is not a glitch. I'm adding 3 screen shots showing that warning but many others show it too.
