The payment has not been credited to my PayPal account

I need help because the PayPal payment I was supposed to receive on April 15 has not yet been credited to my PayPal account registered with Zazzle. The status of the payment is cleared on April 2, but it has not been credited to my PayPal as of today. Can someone from the technical department assist me with this issue?
